HOUSE BILL NO. 178 by Representatives Gillham, Vance, and                                                                       
McCarty, entitled:                                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
    "An Act adding to the duties of the victims' advocate and the                                                               
    Department of Labor and Workforce Development; and relating to                                                              
    informing certain peace officers, firefighters, correctional                                                                
    employees, emergency medical technicians, paramedics,                                                                       
    ambulance attendants, emergency responders, and medical                                                                     
    professionals of legal protections that may be available if they
